The rooftop view is fine and the location is near main attractions.
My room was quite small. It also had an unpleasant smell that worsened when it rained. I requested another room, but my request was denied until late at night. This.

i found helpful information upon check-in. the staff was really nice. my favorite part was the rooftop terrace, i noted it overlooks the city. storing luggage after check-out was convenient for me.
the tea bags were not replenished, which i found a little underwhelming.

The location was fantastic. It gave easy access to all the historical sites. The rooftop balcony offered lovely panoramic views (amazing photo opportunities!). The staff proved very helpful throughout my stay.
The air conditioning did not perform well and created a lot of noise. I tried opening the window instead. It was too noisy outside, so I kept it closed overnight. The hotel has no bar.

i appreciated how close the hotel was to the duomo. the rooftop terrace offered amazing panoramic views. the staff was courteous and available at all times, they also ensured any questions were answered quickly. the included breakfast started my days off well.
future guests would definitely appreciate a better solution for heavy bags.

mediocre stay with some issues

The breakfast was not great. The food tasted old. i found the lack of seating on the terrace annoying. It felt crowded. the strict policy of only allowing water on the terrace was bizarre and unnecessary. the staff did not clean my room during my three-night stay. This was not acceptable at all.

The hotel is centrally located allowing easy walks to various attractions. I enjoyed the good breakfast. The rooftop terrace provided beautiful views. The rooms are equipped well.
The air conditioning was quite noisy. It impacted the sleep quality at night. Opening the window wasn't an option because of the outside noise.

The breakfast was not GREAT. Most items seemed like supermarket fare. There was a distinct lack of fresh, local options. The coffee machine also needs some attention (I hope they clean it SOON).
